Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Psychology Intern, located in Ahmedabad. The Psychology Intern will support child development initiatives by conducting assessments, engaging with children through programs focused on their cognitive and emotional growth, and interacting with parents to provide recommendations. Responsibilities include assisting in planning developmental activities, observing children's behavior, and preparing progress reports. The intern will also participate in workshops, create resources for child care and well-being, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic child development strategies.

Qualifications

Strong foundational understanding of child psychology, emotional development, and behavioral analysis
Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating progress reports
Hands-on experience in planning and facilitating developmental activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and parents
Organizational and collaboration skills for working effectively with teams
Pursuing or holding a bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or a related field

Experience with children's programs or teaching is a plus
