Role Description
This is a full-time on-site  3D Artist  role located in  Ahmedabad . As a 3D Artist at Decode Mediacom, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets, including modeling, texturing, and lighting for various multimedia projects. The role involves working closely with designers and animators to bring concepts to life, performing rigging tasks, refining 3D visualizations, and ensuring a cohesive representation of artistic vision.

Collaboration with the team and adherence to project deadlines are key aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms.
Develop realistic and stylized 3D visuals including product renders, environments, and visual elements as per project requirements.
Collaborate closely with designers, marketing, and strategy teams to translate concepts and briefs into compelling 3D visuals.
Handle texturing, lighting, shading, and rendering to ensure visually appealing and production-ready results.
Ensure all 3D assets are aligned with brand guidelines, quality standards, and timelines.
Make revisions based on internal feedback and client inputs in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, 3D Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
1+ year of professional experience as a 3D Artist (agency or studio experience is a plus).
Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
Good understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows.
Basic knowledge of animation and motion (added advantage).
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and creativity.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
