Position: 3D Designer & Product Designer (Luxury Handbags & Art Installations)
Sonal Ambani, a renowned sculptor, is seeking a highly creative and technically proficient  3D Designer and Product Developer  to join her team. This unique role is at the intersection of luxury product design and large-scale sculptural art.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in bringing concepts to life, from developing high-end, bespoke handbag collections to the technical execution and visualisation of large and small-scale art installations. You will play a crucial role in the technical visualisation and physical realisation of the artist's vision.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Design Development:
Lead the design and end-to-end product development for bespoke luxury handbags, translating artistic concepts into viable, production-ready designs.
Create detailed visualisations, mood boards, and presentation layouts for design reviews.

2. Technical Production & Visualisation:
Develop  3D models and photo-realistic renders  of both product collections and art installations.
Produce precise  technical drawings  (2D) and specifications necessary for vendor communication and fabrication.
Execute  installation design  for both large-scale, complex sculptural works and smaller gallery pieces, focusing on structural integrity and material specification.

3. Project Management &

Collaboration:

Serve as the primary design coordinator, liaising directly with the artist, external  vendors, fabricators, and specialised consultants  to ensure design fidelity and project timelines are met.
Manage project timelines and workflow efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Required

Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency (Must-Have Software):
3D Modelling & Drafting:  AutoCAD, Rhino, and Sketch Up.
Rendering & Visualisation:  3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar high-end rendering software.
Graphic Design & Presentation:  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Creative & Detail-Oriented:  A keen eye for aesthetics, luxury quality, and meticulous attention to technical detail.

Experience:

Prior experience in luxury product design or high-end fabrication is highly desirable.
