Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of Fine Arts or higher, in a creative field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design
2+ years' Experience as a Graphic Designer at an Agency/Design Studio
Strong Portfolio which shows a wide range of creative projects

Skills Required

Graphic Designing: layouting, typography, colour theory
Creative visualizations based on client brief/brand guideline/creative strategy
Technical Understanding of Printing / Technical Understanding of UI Design / Technical understanding of Digital Media Design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Collaboration skills

Job Responsibilities

As the designer, your key responsibility is to produce visually impactful design solutions. To achieve this, you'll need to carefully listen to your clients and gain a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements. Once you have this information, you'll use your creativity and ingenuity to develop concepts that align with their objectives, selecting the most suitable media and style to bring these ideas to life.

Coordinating with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.

Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
Awareness of current trends in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time

limits, all of which can impact on the design.

Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, create & modify fonts/designs according to brand guidelines
Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, illustrators, other designers, account executives and marketing specialists.
QA design for errors
Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers

Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and meet CC's quality standards.

Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
Ability to work with flexible schedules
