ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independently perform statutory and external audit engagements, depending on experience level.
Execute audit procedures including risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and substantive testing in accordance with IFRS and International Standards on Auditing.
Prepare audit working papers, financial statements, and draft reports.
Coordinate with clients to obtain audit evidence, clarify audit issues, and communicate findings under supervision or independently based on role level.
Support audit engagement planning and execution; take ownership of assigned sections or complete engagements as experience allows.
Ensure audit deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Stay informed about updates to IFRS, auditing standards, and relevant laws and regulations applicable in Qatar.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the audit function.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
2 to 4 years of experience in external audit.
Strong knowledge of IFRS.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and handle multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
