Position: Finance & Accounts Manager ( Australia CPA)
About the Company
Our client is a  fast-growing international accounting and advisory firm  supporting businesses across Australia. The firm provides end-to-end services including  bookkeeping, taxation, financial reporting, and advisory services  to SMEs and growing enterprises.
As part of their expansion, they are looking to hire a  Senior Finance & Accounts Manager with strong exposure to Australian accounting standards and taxation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage  end-to-end Australian accounting operations  including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance.
Prepare and review  financial statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB).
Handle  Australian taxation compliances , including  BAS, GST, and income tax returns .
Oversee  accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations .
Work closely with Australian clients to understand business requirements and provide financial insights.
Ensure timely  month-end and year-end closing processes .
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including  CPAs, auditors, and tax consultants .
Implement best practices in  financial controls, reporting, and process improvements .
Mentor junior accounting staff and review their work where required.
Key Requirements
4–5 years of experience  in accounting with exposure to  Australian accounting and taxation .
Professional qualification such as  CPA (Australia) / CA / ACCA  preferred.
Strong understanding of  AASB, BAS, GST, and Australian tax regulations .
Experience working with  Australian clients or accounting firms .
Hands-on experience with  accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or Quick Books .
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in  outsourced accounting services for international clients .
Ability to manage  multiple clients and deadlines .
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
