Sr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced  Senior Accountant  to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and support for strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, deep accounting knowledge, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities   Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage general ledger activities and ensure timely reconciliations
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation
Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
Support ERP system upgrades and financial software implementations
Mentor junior accountants and support team development
Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally)
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
