Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable (AP) Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for processing expense reports, managing account payments, preparing journal entries, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. The role also involves maintaining thorough financial records, performing regular reconciliations, and providing support for audits and financial reports.
Qualifications
Experience in processing Expense Reports and maintaining financial records
Strong Analytical Skills to determine the accuracy and completeness of financial data
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries (Accounting)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
