Job Description :
Qualification:
MBA / BBA / M.com /
B.com or any Graduate with Excellent English communication
Experience : 0 - 1 Years
Timing : 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
For Canadian Accounting :
Maintain and manage books of accounts for Canadian clients in accordance with ASPE / IFRS
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping including AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist in GST/HST, PST, QST calculations and filings
Support preparation of T2 (Corporate) and T1 (Individual) tax returns
Handle payroll processing and related statutory compliances
Coordinate with onshore clients to resolve accounting queries
Ensure timely closing of books and adherence to deadlines
Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
Work on accounting software such as Quick Books Online, Sage, Xero , or similar
For Client Support Role:
Handle client queries via email, phone, and chat in a professional manner.
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining client records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
Track service tickets, follow up on pending items, and update clients regularly.
Prepare basic reports and documentation.
Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
