Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and finalize statutory audit assignments independently and in coordination with seniors
Handle audits of entities with turnover exceeding ₹500 Crore
Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements
Identify audit risks and perform risk-based audit procedures
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, FEMA, and other relevant regulations
Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and draft audit reports
Coordinate with clients to obtain financial records and understand business processes
Evaluate internal control systems and suggest practical improvements
Assist partners and senior team members in audit assignments and client communication.
Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining high audit quality standards
Requirements
Strong understanding of Statutory Audit procedures and compliance framework
Mandatory exposure to large-scale audits (₹500 Crore+ turnover entities)
Working knowledge of:
Taxation and GST
Corporate Laws and FEMA
Risk-based audit methodology
Good understanding of financial reporting and analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel and audit/accounting software
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
