We are seeking "Night Toolpushers with 2500HP and above deep drilling LAND rigs experience" to be based in KUWAIT.

• Critical role in managing and operating land rigs during night shifts.
• Assisting senior toolpusher in directing and controlling all operational functions of the rig while on tour.
• Ensuring safety of personnel and operations by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices.
• Overseeing and coordinating drilling activities, including well control and maintenance.
• Monitoring and managing rig crew to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Conducting regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Collaborating with other rig personnel to optimize drilling performance.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of all rig activities.
• Participating in emergency response procedures and drills as needed.

• 3+ years as a Night Toolpusher/Toolpusher with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above deep drilling land rig operations.
• Valid Well Control certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to hazard identification and mitigation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
