Are you the right candidate for our Operations Associate?
We’re looking for someone who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and delivering excellence. As an Operations Associate, you will oversee the end-to-end logistics process, from initial client request to final delivery, ensuring optimal performance in cost, time, and quality. You’ll play a key role in creating seamless operations while delivering outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.

Main responsibilities:

Receive the file from Account Management area and verify that the information is complete and correct.
Manage the shipping of merchandise according to the terms negotiated by sales (door to door, door to port, port to door, port to port)
Coordination of cargo since the carrier picks it up
Check the quoted service compared to what was charged, avoid extra charges, and dispute invoices.
Process invoices from carriers, shipping companies, customs brokers
Invoice the final customer on time
Being diligent and assertive in communication by keeping the involved parties informed
Gather all necessary documentation for the release of cargo and transportation
Maintain up-to-date database (Logiware), including dates
Understand the administrative processes involved in the operation
Act quickly to avoid extra charges and be aware of terminal deadlines
Train new entry elements
Resolve difficulties or inconveniences with efficiency and transparency that may arise in operation.
Participate in certain marketing activities to help grow awareness for the Vector brand worldwide.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of International Business, Exterior Commerce, International Logistics or similar
At least one year of experience in maritime, air, rail, and ground logistics operations (export, import, consolidated, domestic).
Technical knowledge of documentation of shipments (Guides, instruction letters, BL´s, origin certificates, communication certificates, etc.)
Regulations applicable to the logistics Industry
Advanced English Level (MUST)
Live in Aguascalientes area
