Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Operations Manager located in Agra. The Retail Store Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage inventory control, handle profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include staff management, maintaining operational standards, and driving performance to meet sales targets and business goals.
Qualifications
Expertise in Retail Operations and daily store management
Strong skills in Operations Management and P&L Management
Proficiency in Inventory Control with attention to detail
Proven ability to lead and deliver exceptional Customer Service
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices
Experience in team leadership and staff management is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
