Position: Commis - Fryer (Seasonal - Ramadhaan)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated  Commis
- Fryer  to assist operations during Ramadhaan. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available immediately for a seasonal 2 month role who wants to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment. As a Commis
- Fryer, you will support the BOH team in preparing high-quality fried savouries for Ramadhaan operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of fried savouries, and delicacies for Ramadhaan.
Follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by the Head Pastry Chef or Sous Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and storage areas.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.
Assist with plating and garnishing of desserts during service.
Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in accordance with HACCP regulations.
Receive and store deliveries appropriately.
Learn and practice new techniques and recipes as directed.
Support the pastry team with prep work and daily mise en place.
Report any equipment issues or stock shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements

A genuine passion for culinary arts
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
Culinary diploma or relevant certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
