Position: Plant Head/ Factory Head
We are hiring:
Factory Head – Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing leader who can take full ownership of factory operations. The Factory Head will lead production, quality, safety, procurement, and overall operational excellence for a specialized electronics manufacturing facility.

Location:

Manufacturing Facility – Agra

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of daily factory operations and production output

• Production planning aligned with sales forecasts

• Procurement coordination to prevent production stoppages

• Assembly, testing, calibration, and quality control of electronic products

• Inventory, dispatch, logistics, and installation readiness management

• Cost control, wastage reduction, and productivity improvement

• Safety compliance, audits, and statutory adherence

• Leadership of supervisors, technicians, and operators

• MIS reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Eligibility criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, or similar)

• 10–15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations

• Proven experience as Factory Head, Plant Head, or Production Head

• Strong exposure to electronics or instrumentation manufacturing

• Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, production planning, and quality processes
