Crimson World School, Agra is inviting applications for the position of English Teacher for Primary (PRT), Trained Graduate (TGT), and Post Graduate (PGT) levels.
We are seeking passionate, learner-centric educators with strong subject expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of nurturing foundational language skills at the primary level, strengthening grammar and literature understanding at the middle level, and preparing senior secondary students for board examinations as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.

Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
Teach English as per CBSE curriculum guidelines (Classes I–XII as applicable).
Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and analytical skills.
Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
Conduct assessments, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain academic records.
Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations (for Classes X & XII).
Provide remedial and enrichment support based on student performance.
Foster a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
Integrate digital tools, smart boards, and innovative teaching strategies.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
Communicate student progress during PTMs and academic meetings.
Participate in school events, examinations, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and academic improvement.

Candidate Profile Specifications
For PRT (Classes I–V):
Graduate in any discipline with

B.Ed. /

D.El.Ed. (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in CBSE/primary schools
For TGT (Classes VI–X):
Graduate/Postgraduate in English with

B.Ed. (mandatory)
Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in CBSE school
For PGT (Classes XI–XII):
M.A. in English with

B.Ed. (mandatory)
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience as PGT English in CBSE school
