Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant Cum MIS Executive located in Agra. The role involves managing financial records, preparing reports, and overseeing financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. The individual will be responsible for generating and analyzing MIS reports to provide critical business insights, along with handling accounting activities such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, and audits.

Collaboration with various teams and departments to ensure timely financial reporting will also be required.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Accounting, including financial reporting, auditing, and bookkeeping
Proficiency in using ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience in data management, data analysis, and generating comprehensive MIS reports
Knowledge of compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and financial forecasting
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the industry standards in accounting
