Job Description: As a Lending Advisor/Internet Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting potential customers in navigating the prequalification process for auto loans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Guiding applicants through the online prequalification process to determine their eligibility for an auto loan.
• Ensuring that the prequalification process is completed efficiently and accurately.
• Serving as the main point of contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams throughout the prequalification and car purchasing process.
• Communicating effectively with customers to set clear expectations and provide guidance on the car buying journey.
• Facilitating communication and coordination between all parties involved to finalize the purchase smoothly and efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in sales or car dealership is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in using online platforms and software applications (word, outlook, web, etc.).

• Equivalent combination of work experience

• $55,000.00 - $75,000 average range per year.
• Guarantee bonus of $1,000.00 a month for the first three (3) months, unless you exceed the bonus guarantee, in which case you would receive the higher amount.
• Our advisors are earning an average of $2,500 per month in bonuses. Top producers average $4,000+ per month in bonuses.
• Base pay of $17.87 per hour plus potential bonus
• The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
