Alla Moda Furniture is seeking a talented Design Consultant with a strong interior design background to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high‑end showroom that showcases some of the most exclusive and innovative luxury furniture brands in the industry. We’re looking for a creative professional who can blend design expertise with client‑focused consulting to deliver exceptional interiors and elevate the customer experience.

• Partner with clients to understand their style, space, and functional needs.
• Provide professional design guidance and create tailored furniture plans.
• Showcase and recommend products from our luxury collections to fit clients’ visions.
• Visit client homes as needed to assess spaces and ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Build lasting relationships that turn one-time customers into repeat clients.

• Interior design education or equivalent professional experience (required).
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings or design services.
• Proven ability to work with clients both in-home and in-showroom.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling through design.
• Strong closing ability with a client‑first mindset.

• Self‑motivated and proactive, with a track record of developing leads and achieving sales goals.
• High energy and influential presence, balanced with a collaborative and consultative approach.
• Skilled in managing objections and guiding clients toward confident design decisions.
• Excellent listening skills, written communication, and attention to detail.
