- Work in a beautiful facility in a resort-like setting that is convenient to the 101 freeway.
- Interact directly with the clients, providing supervision and support. If you work on weekdays, you'll also interact with therapists and other teammates. If you work on weekends, you'll accompany the clients on outings
, from hiking and beach-going to visits to Disneyland, Universal Studios and other attractions. - Enjoy free meals, coffee and snacks while earning competitive compensation.
We have a part-time opportunity working Monday and Friday from 1:45 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. This hourly position starts at $22 to $25 per hour based on your experience.
Additional compensation will be considered for the following:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Mental health-related certifications
- 3+ years of residential mental health experience
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in the social services field.
- A genuine desire to work with adolescents.
- Working knowledge of substance abuse, mental health disorders, and treatment procedures for such illnesses.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Must have a valid California driver's license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standards.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Internet, email, and MS Word.
