If you have experience in mental health treatment environments and can build rapport with adolescents, this position offers excellent opportunities. You will:
We offer a part-time position working Monday and Friday from 1:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m., with hourly wages starting at $22 to $25 based on experience.
Additional compensation may be available for candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Mental health-related certifications
- Over 3 years of residential mental health experience
The Job
Reporting to the Program Director, you will provide basic support to clients to help ensure their needs are met for successful rehabilitation.
Your Qualifications
To be a good fit, you should have:
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in social services
- A genuine desire to work with adolescents
- Knowledge of substance abuse, mental health disorders, and treatment procedures
- First aid and CPR certification
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Internet, email, MS Word)
