Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy to clients dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. An EMDR certification is preferred, reflecting our commitment to offering diverse therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions.
- Utilize EMDR techniques for clients with trauma-related issues, if certified.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing training.
- Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
- EMDR certification preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary: $110,000-$120,000 based on experience and licensure
