We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operational tasks within our facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Operate excavators, loaders, trenchers, jackhammers, and other equipment required to install underground utilities.
• Perform hand digging, cable laying, and other labor duties necessary to complete restoration projects.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

• Previous experience in a labor or operator role preferred, but not mandatory – we are willing to train motivated candidates.
• Familiarity with operating heavy machinery or industrial equipment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in an industrial setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record is mandatory.
