• Provide Patient‑Centered Care:
  • Interview patients, perform physical examinations, and obtain, update, and study medical histories.
  • Administer or order diagnostic tests (e.g., x‑rays, electrocardiograms, laboratory studies) and interpret results.
  • Administer injections and immunizations, suture, manage wounds and infections.
  • Educate patients about their health, therapeutic regimens, and wellness through counseling and guidance.
• Documentation and Compliance:
  • Prepare clear, complete, accurate, and legible medical records. Type, edit, and electronically sign all office notes, reports, and records using EMR in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company and state procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Adhere to infection‑control policies and protocols to protect patients and employees.
  • Comply with legal and professional requirements, including studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future changes, enforcing adherence, and advising management on needed actions.
• Collaborate with a Team: Work collaboratively and proactively with other providers and health‑care practitioners within the clinic to treat patients efficiently and plan coordinated dispositions.

  • Master's degree and certification by a PA or NP certifying body.
  • DEA license with no restrictions.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification:
    American Heart Association or American Red Cross. CPR, ACLS, or online‑only classes are not accepted.

  Experience:
  
  Clinical experience gained through rotations or other settings in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is preferred.

  • Pharmacology and non‑pharmaceutical patient aids.
  • Current methods for medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.

MD has established defined hourly pay ranges for each role. Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, market conditions, and budget considerations. The range listed reflects the potential compensation for this role within this region. Final compensation is determined after the interview process.

$52 - $60 USD
