OMG currently operates in two Divisions: OMG Roofing Products and Fasten Master®. OMG’s Roofing Products Division is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of high-performance, Factory Mutual‑approved products for the commercial roofing industry. We manufacture highly engineered roofing fasteners, insulation adhesives and roof drains and supply other rooftop components. OMG’s Rhino Bond Membrane Fastening System is the fastest growing method of single‑ply attachment in the commercial roofing industry.

Joining our process engineering group, you will report to our R&D Manager and be responsible to become the “Subject Matter Expert” in each of our manufacturing departments. You will need to apply state‑of‑the‑art technology to find solutions – facilitate breakthroughs in productivity and advance processes.
