Location:

720 Silver St, Agawam, MA (100% onsite)

Base pay: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr

• Perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass‑produce products such as actuators, electronic case assemblies and their subassemblies.
• Assemble parts following bills of materials, drawings and written work instructions.
• Perform visual inspection and/or testing on assembled components.
• Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fasten parts together.
• Operate hydraulic presses, electric or pneumatic screwdrivers and other mechanical assembly aids.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Perform other functions including packing finished product and assembly of product kits.
• Work on different models of actuators and/or electronic assemblies.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Experience reading and following mechanical drawings to assemble products.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools such as wrenches, hex keys and screwdrivers.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read and understand English.

• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Alternate sitting and standing based on comfort.
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Moderate noise level in work environment.
