Pay Start at $16.50/Hour

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Six Flags Mantra - Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
  • Understanding requirements of various positions to ensure that team members are only scheduled for positions they are appropriately trained
  • Obtaining team member availabilities three weeks in advance to coordinate and enter schedules
  • Entering schedules into Optim8 scheduling system
  • Coordinating with Trainers to issue schedules to incoming team members
  • Maintaining of time off requests, drop/add shift requests, availability changes, employee messages pertaining to scheduling
  • Reporting any departmental scheduling issues or staffing issues to Food & Beverage Management Team
  • Ensuring that schedules are accurate, and comply with all applicable labor standards
  • Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
  • Complying with and enforcing department grooming guidelines
  • Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

    • 18 years old or older

  • Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
  • Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
