Strategic Manufacturing Finance Controller | GAAP

A leading bindery company in Agawam is seeking a Controller responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations and financial reporting. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting, have a CPA, and possess over 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing the accounting cycle, preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements, and partnering with operations to improve cost and margin tracking.

A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 per year is provided with additional benefits.
