Responsibilities of the AP Specialist
- The AP Specialist will process invoices, match purchase orders, and code expenses
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities
- The AP Specialist will manage vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
- Support the accounting team with administrative and ad hoc tasks
Preferred Qualifications of the AP Specialist
- The AP Specialist should have some experience in accounts payable or general accounting support
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team
Salary Range: $52,000–$62,000
