The Accounts Payable
Specialist will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of invoices on a daily basis
• Processing invoices using a 3-way match
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will review and process expense reports
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will communicate with vendors and departments to resolve PO discrepancies

Preferred Experience of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Prior accounts payable experience
• The Accounts Payable Specialist should be comfortable using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel
• Organized and willing to learn
• Able to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
