• Average pay: $80,000.
• Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 for qualified candidates, depending on experience.
• 3rd‑shift overnight schedule.

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Verify bill of lading accuracy and secure keys for off‑hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and safe maneuvering skills.
• Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, document delivery receipts, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailers and deliver products to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a sufficient level to perform job‑related tasks safely.
