This is NOT just a job. This is a Great opportunity for the right candidate. Appliance repair is a TRADE that takes months to learn, and a lifetime to master. This position is for technical/mechanical oriented people with little to no experience servicing residential appliances. We will teach you appliance repair. You will learn on the job earning a salary while taking an online correspondence class that we provide for you.

Previous mechanical/technical skills in automotive, solar, HVAC, electrical a plus. If you can use a meter and reassemble machines you can probably learn appliance repair.

This position is very limited you will need to attach a resume with your job/life experience and complete some assessment tests before you may be considered. A good attitude, persistence, willingness to learn (especially the first year), loyalty and dependability are all necessary for success.

This position is well suited to technical and mechanical people that have customer service skills as well. This position is generally 8-5 work and occasional light Saturday's. No work on Sunday, holidays and no travel but overtime is available if you want it. Our technicians are never on call. Flexible hours are possible.

Basic beginning starting salary varies based on mechanical experience, and will increase as you learn and advance.

• Must be on time and dependable!
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be willing to learn appliance repair to an expert level.
• Must be mechanical and have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be computer literate, great with details, numbers, and accuracy.
• Must be punctual, courteous, and well groomed.
• A background, drug and driving screening will be required.
• We are looking for people that have some mechanical or electrical working experience or other maintenance experience that are desiring to learn a trade for life.

Earn 1 personal/sick day off every other month (6 total yearly)

After one and two years of employment 1 week (40 hours)
Three through ten years inclusive 2 weeks (80 hours)
