Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities:
Perform diverse welding operations using TIG, MIG, and Stick/Wire processes on Aluminum and Steel materials.;
Fabricate metal parts and structures according to engineering drawings and specifications.;
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine appropriate welding methods and sequences.;
Operate and maintain various welding equipment, hand tools, and shop machinery safely and efficiently.;
Inspect completed welds and fabricated components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
