Clinic Director / Partner – Licensed Physical Therapist

Full‑time position opening in 2026, as an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic in the Howell, MI area. Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, a national provider of outpatient orthopaedic, pediatric, and ABA therapy services, is seeking licensed physical therapists who are entrepreneurial and eager to co‑found a new clinic.

• Provide direct patient care as a licensed physical therapist.
• Collaborate with Ivy Rehab leadership to determine clinic location, layout, equipment, specialty services, and staffing.
• Build community presence and referral relationships.
• Oversee clinic operations; marketing, HR, legal, credentialing, billing, and IT support will be provided by Ivy Rehab.

• Licensed Physical Therapist, graduate of an accredited PT program, licensed in Michigan.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
• Two years of outpatient orthopaedic experience (required).
• Doctorate preferred.
• Experience with startup or clinic operations preferred.

• Base salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
• Competitive annual bonus plan.
