Pay can be up to $22 – $23 per hour depending on experience.

• Ability to be an effective team member.
• Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
• Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.

• Have a valid Guard Card to apply and work.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have an own reliable vehicle.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass the company’s pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen.
• Must be able to stand and walk during the shift.

Sign-on Bonus (spread over 90 days). Officer must not have any call offs or write-ups during the period.

Must have a weapon registered to you.

Must pay great attention to detail and possess the ability to execute good judgment in difficult and/or emergency situations.

Must have a valid BSIS Armed Guard Card to apply and work.
