We are recruiting dedicated, compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and specialist Secondary SEN School in Addlestone, primarily supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with ASD in and out of the classroom
• Help create a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to support individual EHCP targets
• Promote emotional regulation, confidence, and independence

• Experience working in SEN settings (essential)
• Thrive training (highly desirable)
• A nurturing, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs

Monday to Friday
8:30am - 3:30pm
Full-time position

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
