Sayes Court Primary School is a vibrant, happy and inclusive one‑form entry primary school in Surrey with a nursery school for 2–4 year olds. Part of the Bourne Education Trust (BET), a multi‑academy trust of 24 schools across Surrey, Hampshire and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, we are committed to "Transforming schools…changing lives."

Our curriculum is carefully sequenced to give pupils a deep understanding of all subjects, while recognising every individual’s interests and strengths. High expectations are set for all students, and we aim to challenge, inspire and prepare them for secondary school and beyond.

• Condensed school year with a two‑week half‑term in October
• Ongoing training, learning and development opportunities

• Deliver the curriculum to the age‑appropriate classes, preparing and developing teaching materials, programmes and pastoral arrangements.
• Be accountable for the attainment, progress and outcomes of all pupils within your classes, planning effectively to ensure pupils meet their potential.
• Identify pupils’ capabilities, planning to meet the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs and working in collaboration with the SENCo to prepare, implement, monitor and review SEN support arrangements.

• Demonstrated awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent (ECTs are welcomed).
• Evidence of effective continuous professional development.
• Evidence of effective communication with a wide audience and range of stakeholders.
• Experience of teaching in relevant Key Stage and/or subject area.
