Join a leading Property/Construction group in Surrey as a Customer Service Coordinator, playing a key role in making the home buying experience smooth and stress-free. You’ll be the go-to person for customers, helping solve issues, guiding them through snagging or remedial work, and ensuring satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support customers through their home purchase, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

* Handle public queries related to construction sites and liaise with site teams.

* Coordinate contractors and technicians to get work done efficiently with minimal disruption.

* Follow up to make sure issues are fully resolved and expectations exceeded.

* Manage multiple cases simultaneously while staying organised and professional.

* Navigate challenging conversations with empathy, keeping customer satisfaction front and centre.

What We’re Looking For:

* 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service role.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

* Proven experience managing expectations and delivering excellent service.
