We’re a growing company looking to bring on drivers and trainers with moving experience and proficient leadership skills to train new hires. They will be seen as a prominent leader by the movers on their crew that they train which will make them a perfect candidate to transition into management positions in the future.

• Tips: $800-$1,600 per month ($5-$10 per hour).
• Trainers: $27–$35+/hr (hourly pay + tips + bonuses)
• Trainers Start at $21+/hr.
• Drivers/Trainers are eligible for up to $2.40/hr in raises per year

• Drive a 26ft non-CDL box truck and crew to customer’s homes.
• Pack, wrap, load, and unload household goods (furniture & boxes).
• Disassemble/reassemble furniture.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly work environment.
• Lead a 2–6 person crew.
• Deliver excellent customer service every time.

• Drivers:
  Must have a valid driver’s license for 3+ years and be able to lead a 2-4 man crew.
• Be at least 21 years of age or older per insurance requirement.
• Good driving record. If you have no experience driving a Non-CDL box truck, you’ll be trained on how to. Experience is appreciated but not required.

• Age 21+ (insurance requirement).
• Valid driver’s license for 3+ years.
• Good driving record.
• Box truck driving experience is a plus, but we will train you.
• Ability to lead a 2-6 man team.
• Pass a strict background check.
• Live within 40 minutes of Addison (75001).
• Strong, physically fit, able to lift up to 100+ lbs repeatedly, 200 pounds independently up and down stairs, and 500 pounds in coordination with other team members throughout an 8+ hour day.
• Availability to work full time, 4+ days/week.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
