Lead Software Engineer

Job Location: Irving, TX

Work Schedule: 100% on-site, M-F

Pay Rate: $140k-$150k/yr. + 10-15% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

• 7+ yrs of experience developing web applications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar
• .Net, C# Core, Linq, Entity framework, SQL
• Experience with at least 1 web framework, i.e. ASP.Net, Laravel, Spring Boot, Ruby, Flash, Django, Express.js

• Frontend experience, such as Vue.js or Bootstrap

• Write Well-Designed Code:
  Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to project plans and industry standards.
• Build REST Endpoints:
  Create robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.
• Database Management:
  Construct and optimize Linq and SQL queries to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Agile
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work professionally as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers.
• Mentor & Guide:
  Provide coaching and guidance to less-experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Subject Matter Expertise:

• Meet Sprint Commitments:
  Ensure timely delivery of tasks and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews.
