• 5+ years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development and enterprise solution design
• Own L2/L3 support for Java Applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents within SLAs
• Perform root‑cause analysis, create permanent fixes with development/infra teams and maintain runbooks/knowledge base
• Monitor application health, coordinate incident calls and communicate status to business stakeholders
• Guide and mentor the support team and offshore/remote teams as needed
• Perform peer reviews and ensure that enhancements meet the required performance standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3–8 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Camel
• Exposure to Azure Spring Apps, Azure Service Bus, Enterprise Integration patterns, integrating DB patterns with Spring JPA, software development design patterns (nice to have)
• Solid experience with unit‑test frameworks using JUnit, Mockito, or Power Mock
• Experience in the Insurance domain is a plus
• Good knowledge of GIT, Swagger, middleware technologies such as Active MQ or Azure Service Bus
• Good API skills (e.g., REST web services)
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and JSON
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Sonar Qube and Git Actions
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($x - $x/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
