Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log and work orders.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Protect company standards by holding self and others accountable.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Be willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Initiate correct cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration services, including opportunities to earn mold mitigation, fire & water damage restoration certifications quickly.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with no accidents, tickets, DUI in last 3 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred; specialty cleaning experience (stripping & waxing, air duct, tile & grout, upholstery, etc.) also preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills to determine equipment type and number of units.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email, and portable devices.
• Highly desired IICRC certificates (Carpet Cleaning Technician preferred).
• Opportunities to advance into Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Mold Remediation Specialist, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician.
• Willingness to obtain and complete additional certifications in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos as experience grows.
