Location:

Addison, TX-onsite

Pay: $40,000-$60,000 plus variable

• Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert
• Customer Concierge:
• Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
• Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application
• Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer's home
• Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
• Maintain activity log
• Other duties as assigned
