Senior Solution Sales Executive – Customer Workflows
Service Now is looking for a Senior Solution Sales Executive to lead the market success of its Customer Workflows products. This role focuses on driving value through digital transformation and leveraging AI-enabled processes.

Job DescriptionThe Solution Sales Manager will oversee the market success of Service Now’s Customer Workflows products. These solutions are built on Service Now’s leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.
What You Get To Do In This Role- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use‑case targeting, and execution.
- Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation.
- Ensure recommendations to territory strategy and account planning are aligned with Now Value principles.
- Help customers envision the value of a digital transformation and support the development of strategy by partnering with the rest of the account team, customers, and partners.
- Coordinate with Specialist Solution Consultants on the Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement based on engagement model.
- Coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs with foundational specialty solution knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
- Customize time allocation of responsibilities to meet the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.
- Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment.
- 7+ years of experience demonstrating ROI of specialty solutions and leading solution wins.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or in an alternative sales/customer‑service role.
- Strong understanding of business sales processes.
- Experience leveraging or critically evaluating AI integration into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving.
- Highly preferred location in Dallas; travel required: 30‑50%.
