Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll drive membership growth by connecting contractors with proven tools and training to help their businesses thrive.

- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, membership-based, or professional services environments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills, in-person and virtual
- Experience selling to small or mid-sized business owners, preferably in home services
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with digital sales tools
- Willingness to travel up to 35% for events and presentations
- Deliver engaging sales presentations during Profit Day events and virtual sessions
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand contractor needs and position effective solutions
- Manage and track your sales pipeline in Salesforce from first contact to close
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and great member experience
- Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows to drive visibility and growth
- Support and mentor junior sales team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the home services industry
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
- Experience selling to multi-location or franchise organizations
- Demonstrated success in goal-driven, fast-paced environments
