Located in Addison, the new Hotel Dax seeks a friendly barista to deliver excellent coffee and customer service.

• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and answer menu questions.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks following recipes, including latte art and specific espresso, coffee, and tea techniques.
• Serve baked goods, sandwiches, and other food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, equipment, and restrooms.
• Restock supplies such as syrups, cups, coffee beans, and pastries.
• Handle brewing of drip coffee, manage dishes, disposals, and assist with deliveries or special events.

• Technical: proficiency with espresso machines, grinders, milk frothing, and brewing methods.
• Soft: strong communication, friendly demeanor, multitasking, time management, teamwork.
• Knowledge: understanding of coffee, menu items, ingredients, food safety and sanitation.
• Availability: flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
