Marketing Manager, Branding Specialist / Ambassador
We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Vice President of Marketing to serve as the enterprise marketing architect for a publicly traded, acquisition-driven aerospace and drone holding company.
This is a builder’s role within a high-growth environment. The Vice President of Marketing will own enterprise branding, capital markets messaging, and marketing integration across business units operating within a shared services model. This leader will translate executive vision into investor-ready positioning while ensuring marketing execution supports capital markets objectives and long-term portfolio growth.
Operating at the intersection of enterprise strategy and modern performance marketing, this executive will drive measurable, multi-channel execution across brand, digital, analytics, and AI-enabled platforms in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise Brand & Capital Markets- Own enterprise-level messaging and brand positioning
- Develop investor decks, corporate presentations, press releases, and quarterly communications
- Align marketing strategy with capital raises, earnings releases, and market positioning initiatives
- Monitor KPIs including stock price, trading volume, and market capitalization trends
- Ensure brand consistency across all portfolio companies
- Design and scale a shared services marketing model
- Lead marketing integration during acquisitions
- Align brand, product, and sales marketing across aircraft, drone, and future portfolio businesses
- Assess marketing maturity across entities and implement scalable structure within an evolving environment
- Lead a six-month rolling marketing execution sprint, supported by a visual execution dashboard
- Oversee external vendors including creative, digital, and agency partners
- Manage investor events, town halls, webinars, conferences, and trade shows
- Own marketing logistics and end-to-end campaign execution
- Oversee digital performance marketing, analytics dashboards, and AI-driven marketing tools to ensure measurable campaign impact and optimized resource allocation
- Build and scale a marketing team over a 12–18 month horizon
- Lead Dallas-based marketing personnel and external partners
- Partner directly with CEO, COO, Investor Relations, and executive leadership
- 7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience with increasing enterprise-level scope
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling marketing teams, including cross-functional and/or shared services models
- Broad enterprise marketing expertise across brand, digital, content, PR, and social, with leadership of multi-channel digital performance marketing, analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience in investor-facing communications within public company, IPO, private equity-backed, or capital-raising environments
- Executive presence and strategic sophistication with the ability to partner directly with CEO-level leadership and translate vision into structured, market-ready messaging
- Experience operating in high-growth, acquisition-driven, or dynamic environments
- Exposure to generative AI and emerging marketing technologies, combined with strong intellectual curiosity and business acumen
- Ability to work onsite daily in Dallas
- Successful completion of a background check
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Confirmation of current or future visa sponsorship requirements
