As a member of thisteam,you willbe responsible for leading enterprise SEM and SEO strategy across multiple brands, driving demand, bookings, and revenue through disciplined execution and continuous optimization. This role owns a significant media budget, serves as a strategic partner to marketing leadership, and collaborates with agencies, analytics, and product teams to improve performance through strong measurement, testing, and operational rigor.

As the search landscape evolves, this role helps shape how Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) complements SEM and SEO—guiding content, structure, and authority signals to improve brand representation across AI generated search and answer experiences.

Essential Functions:

Search Strategy Leadership — Own the integrated search marketing strategy (SEM, SEO) for all brands, refining goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks. Influence marketing plans and budget distribution across brands.

Budget Ownership & Optimization — Oversee multi-brand SEM budgets, ensuring investment efficiency through forecasting, pacing, and ROI modeling. Reallocate funds proactively based on performance insights.

Search Innovation & Testing — Lead ongoing testing of platform features, automation, and workflow improvements that enhance performance and efficiency. Partner with agencies and internal teams to evaluate practical applications of new capabilities as they mature.

SEO Program Development — Oversee enterprise SEO initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with content, engineering, and product teams to improve technical health, authority, and visibility.

Agency Leadership & Governance — Act as primary liaison for search marketing agency. Direct overall strategy, review deliverables, manage scope and budget, and evaluate performance against SLAs.

Analytics & Reporting Excellence — Translate performance data from GA4, Power BI, and media platforms into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Cross-Channel Collaboration — Partner with social, display, CRM, and brand teams to support integrated campaigns and aligned audience strategies.

Industry Expertise & Leadership Communication — Stay current on search landscape shifts, privacy policies, and algorithm updates. Translate trends into strategic implications for brand visibility and ROI.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of hands‑on experience in search marketing (paid & organic), preferably in e-commerce or travel.

GA4, Power BI, Multi-touch Attribution.

Experience managing sizable SEM budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI.

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical and content optimization.

Experience managing agencies and external partners.

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into action.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to travel to as needed, 3-4 times per year .
