Senior Staffing Manager

Spectrum Search Group is hiring a Senior Staffing Manager to help lead and continue growing our Contract & Accounting Support division.

• Manage and grow contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct hire Accounting & Finance placements
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates across DFW
• Source, interview, and place high‑quality accounting talent
• Play a meaningful role in shaping and scaling a growing division

• Prior recruiting agency experience (Accounting & Finance needed)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• A relationship‑driven, outgoing approach to recruiting
