Ratcliff Constructors is actively seeking a powerhouse Senior Commercial Project Manager — someone who doesn’t shy away from accountability, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, and who wants to lead meaningful, visible projects.
The Opportunity:- Take ownership of multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $2M to $50M+
- Lead every aspect of project execution: planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client communication
- Solve problems, remove roadblocks, and drive projects across the finish line — on time and under budget
- Serve as the key point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Build and lead teams with authority, confidence, and a focus on excellence
- Play a critical role in driving company growth and client satisfaction
- A proven Senior PM with 6+ years of commercial construction experience managing complex projects
- A true leader — respected by clients, subcontractors, field staff, and executive teams
- Obsessed with schedules, budgets, quality, and delivering for the client
- A strategic thinker who anticipates problems and acts quickly
- Strong communicator who manages relationships with diplomacy and confidence
- Highly accountable — you own the outcome
